Our experienced project managers can handle the running the fit out, overseeing every detail. From concept to completion the project will be assigned to a team member who will oversee all works. Subcontractors, logistics, Building Control and health and safety are just some of the concerns the client won’t have to worry about.
DESIGN
Need design for your projects? From practical build solutions to interior branding we can provide design services that caters to our client’s needs. Whether you require the impact of a high street retail store, the functionality and style of a modern gym, or the calm creative environment of a contemporary office, our role is to understand our clients’ vision and turn it into a design that fits the concept.
BUILD
All aspects of the build. Floors, ceilings walls, joinery, electrical, heating, ventilation and decorating. With a team of highly skilled tradesmen we are ready to take on a wide variety of jobs and get them done to the highest standard, on time, on budget and with a smile!
- Partitioning: stud walls, support walls, dry lining, plastering, tape and fill.
- Joinery: Doors, shelving, staircases, bespoke furniture, counters, bars.
- Flooring: Surface preparation, laminates, timber, vinyl, tiles, carpets.
- Electrics: supply, lighting, sockets, signage, equipment.
- Audiovisual: CCTV, audio, alarms and security,
- Mechanical: heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation.
- Shopfronts and signage.
ENVIRONMENT
It’s our policy as a company to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible. Alongside our waste partners we have a strict waste policy and we aim to recycle where possible. All our materials are sourced responsibly with provable supply chains and all our timber is FSC certified from renewable forests.
We are also able to advise on the efficiency of electrical and mechanical equipment in order to reduce the carbon footprint of the business.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Randr recognise our responsibility as contractors to ensuring the highest levels of health and safety for our employees. Our working environment is always safe, clean, and organised and we insist the same of our contractors and any other visitor to the site.
We make sure our clients are aware of their H&S responsibilities at all times and will manage those on your behalf as part of the construction process. We strive to continually improve performance in health and safety through effective planning, monitoring, auditing and review of its health and safety management systems.
